Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam stared from 1st April 2014 where almost 2.15 Lakhs students attend in the exam. In the present year total 11,41,374 students registered from 8,104 educational institutions under 10 education boards, including technical Education board and madrassah education Borad, to participate the HSC exams at 2,352 centres all over the Country.

Among the total students, 9,24,171 participated the HSC examinations under the eight general education boards and 1,07,557 students participated Alim examinations under the Madrassah Education Board.
You should know that 1,04,669 students participated in business management and vocational exams under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board and 4,9,77 students participated diploma in business studies under the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka. This year HSC Exam 2014 Bangla first paper examination had taken to the General stream students and Quran Majeed examination taken for the madrasah madrasah.

The exams of 25 subjects will be held in creative question methods, said education minister. He also said that HSC Result 2014 will be published in 60 days after the exams. The written exams ended on 5th June and the practical exams held between 7th June to 16th June 2014.
